“Double Vigour” put forward the second five-year plan at the begining of 2014 year that buliding the new plant to expend the output, improve sales and realize the automation and informationization,the operation of the enterprise modeling to improve enterprise efficiency, complete operating capacity and scientific decisionmaking ability.

The new plant an area of 290 Mu located in Heshan District, Hebi,Henan,China. Now some work have been completed and entered a new stage,the accelerator CBS will reach 20000 tons.
