Hebi Hengli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. is a newly established enterprise invested by Hebi Shuangli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. For many years, Hebi Shuangli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. has been committed to the research and development and production of rubber additives, possessing an excellent research and application technology team for rubber additives and polymer materials, and holding multiple independent intellectual property rights.
The project is located in the Jijiashan Industrial Park of Heshan District, Hebi City, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, covering an area of 290 acres, and designed to produce 30,000 tons of CBS, 10,000 tons of DPG, 30,000 tons of MBT, and associated products BT annually. The main construction projects include standardized production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, employee dormitories, and public infrastructure such as water supply, power supply, heating, wastewater, waste gas, and waste residue treatment. The project will be completed in three phases; currently, the first phase with an annual output of 30,000 tons of CBS is under preparation for construction; the second phase will produce 30,000 tons of MBT and associated products BT; the third phase will produce 10,000 tons of DPG. The company has the latest process for producing MBT using the solvent method, which not only achieves the goal of zero emissions but also significantly improves quality; through technological innovation, DPG not only solves the problem of high ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater but also reduces the consumption of liquid ammonia, leading the technology at the forefront both domestically and internationally. After the project is fully completed and put into production, it is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of about 1.5 billion yuan, with a profit and tax of 150 million yuan, providing more than 900 jobs, enhancing the market share of the company's products, and making the company a modern large-scale rubber additive production enterprise.
