1. Invest 150 million in the new factory area in Xun County to build a workshop for producing 30,000 tons of rubber accelerator MBT annually, along with a comprehensive treatment system for producing 2,000 tons of M resin annually. Construction has already begun, and it is expected to be completed and put into production by August 2015.
2. Invest a total of 500 million in the Heshan Park to build an annual production of 20,000 tons of new process MBT, 20,000 tons of new process MBTS, 20,000 tons of CBS, 15,000 tons of TBBS, 10,000 tons of insoluble sulfur, and a supporting project for the comprehensive utilization of 3,000 tons of resin annually. The construction period for all projects is expected to be 3-5 years. By then, Shuangli's total production capacity will exceed 100,000 tons, with sales revenue around 1.5 billion, placing the company's production capacity and sales revenue at the forefront of the industry, laying the foundation for the company's IPO in the next five years.
