The output of rubber additives industry increased by 17.1% year-on-year from January to September

According to the latest data released by the Rubber Additives Committee of the China Rubber Association, the total industrial output of rubber additives from January to September 2023 reached 1.2037 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%. It is particularly noteworthy that the total industrial output of rubber additives in September alone increased by 25.2% year-on-year to 168,200 tons.
The overall performance of the rubber additives industry from January to September 2023 showed some contradictory trends. The total industrial output value was 21.806 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.1%; sales revenue was 21.336 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.9%; and the export volume dropped significantly, reaching 6.892 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.2%.
In terms of output, the total output of rubber additives from January to September was 1.2037 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%; among them, the output of accelerators was 322,900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.4%; the output of antioxidants was 259,600 tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%; the export volume was 302,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%.
