Hebi Hengli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. is a newly established enterprise invested by Hebi Shuangli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. For many years, Hebi Shuangli Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the research and production of rubber additives, possessing an excellent research and application technology team for rubber additives and polymer materials, along with multiple independent intellectual property rights. The project is located in the Jijiashan Industrial Park of Heshan District, Hebi City, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 290 acres. It is designed to produce 30,000 tons of CBS, 10,000 tons of DPG, 30,000 tons of MBT, and associated products BT annually. The main construction projects include standardized production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, employee dormitories, and public infrastructure such as water supply, power supply, heating, wastewater, waste gas, and waste residue treatment. The project will be completed in three phases; currently, the first phase, with an annual production of 30,000 tons of CBS, is under preparation for construction. The second phase will produce 30,000 tons of MBT and associated products BT, while the third phase will produce 10,000 tons of DPG. The company has the latest process for producing MBT using the solvent method, which not only achieves the goal of zero emissions but also significantly improves quality. Through technological innovation, DPG has solved the problem of high ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater and reduced the consumption of liquid ammonia, placing the technology at the forefront both domestically and internationally. Once the project is fully completed and put into operation, it is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of approximately 1.8 billion yuan, with a profit and tax contribution of 150 million yuan, providing over 900 job positions, and enhancing the market share of the company's products. At that time, the company will become a modern large-scale rubber additive production enterprise.

"Shuangli" Hequ District New Factory Construction Begins

In early 2014, Shuangli proposed its second five-year plan to establish a new factory area, expand production capacity, increase sales, and achieve automation, informatization, modeling, and integration of enterprise operations, thereby improving production efficiency, overall operational capability, and scientific decision-making ability. The new factory area is located in Heshan District, Hebi City, covering an area of 300 acres. It has now entered a new phase, with some work already completed. In October 2015, the CBS accelerator will begin production, with an annual output expected to reach 15,000 tons.
