Rubber Accelerator ZDMC(PZ)

Application: Used for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR, EPDM and natural & synthetic latexes. Stronger accelerating power than TMTD. Strong resistance to scorching. In its handling, care should be operated, because of its increase activation and strong tendency to scorch at low temperatures (100οC). Often used as a secondary accelerator. In latex, better results are obtained when used in combination with other types such as thiazole accelerators. Used for rubber coated fabrics, latex products and rubber cement, etc. FDA approved in USA

Rubber Accelerator ZDBC (BZ)

Application:Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR. IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR. EPDM, and their latexes. Similar in property to PZ and EZ. less accelerating effects than PZ and EZ to dry rubber. Effectively used in both natural and synthetic latexes for faster curing at normal (low) temperature than with PZ and EZ, and less scorching and blooming.

Rubber Accelerator ETU (Na-22)

Application: ETU has little tendency to scorch, a high degree of processing safety and enables proper vulcanization to be attained speedily at normal vulcanizing temperatures. Presents characteristics vulcanization kinetics and gives the vulcanization with excellent physical properties (high tensile strength, low compression set, large plasticity and good heat resistance)

Rubber Accelerator ZDEC (EZ)

Application:Used for NR, IR, SR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and their latexes. A fast curing primaryor secondary effective ultra-accelerator for natural and synthetic latex form compounds. Can beused advantageously for dipped, spread, and cast goods. Similar in property that of PZ. Less resistance to scorching than PZ and shows a slight tendency to premature vulcanization. Anantioxidant in adhesive systems

Rubber Accelerator TMTD (TT)

Application: Can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulphur donor in most sulphur-cured elastomers. Scorchy and gives fast cure rates. Produces an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulphurless and EV cure systems Good color retention is obtained in non-black vulcanisation. A valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. May be used as a retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber with ETU and also be used as bactericide and pesticide

Rubber accelerator TMTM(TS)

Application:Generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulphenamides to achieve faster cure rate Distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams, high curing activity and no discoloration. No cure activilty in the absence of added elemental sulphur. An excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with DPG and Sulphur. It's critical temperature is 121οC .
