"Shuangli" Hequ District New Factory Construction Begins

In early 2014, Shuangli proposed its second five-year plan to establish a new factory area, expand production capacity, increase sales, and achieve automation, informatization, modeling, and integration of enterprise operations, thereby improving production efficiency, overall operational capability, and scientific decision-making ability. The new factory area is located in Heshan District, Hebi City, covering an area of 300 acres. It has now entered a new phase, with some work already completed. In October 2015, the CBS accelerator will begin production, with an annual output expected to reach 15,000 tons.

Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical Products Co., Ltd. participated in the Russian Tire and Rubber Industry Exhibition held at the Moscow Ruby Exhibition Center from April 21 to April 24, 2015. Due to the economic crisis in Russia, the results of this exhibition were not very good. However, through this exhibition, Shuangli Chemical gained a deeper understanding of Russia's economic culture, and the "Shuangli" brand became more familiar to more customers.

On March 27, 2015, technical personnel from a German client visited my factory to learn about the company's scale, development history, technological advantages, and product quality control. The 12th China International Rubber Technology (Qingdao) Exhibition - Shuangli Chemical's Style

From April 9 to April 11, 2015, the 12th China International Rubber Technology (Qingdao) Exhibition officially kicked off in Qingdao, China. Under the leadership of Manager Yue, Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical's Greater China region eagerly headed to Qingdao to participate in the exhibition. Additionally, representatives from the Americas, Asia, and Europe also attended the exhibition. The exhibition achieved good results, with discussions held with tire manufacturers, traders, and rubber product manufacturers. The development outlook of Shuangli.

An investment of 150 million yuan in the new factory area in Xun County to build a workshop for producing 30,000 tons of rubber accelerator MBT annually, along with a comprehensive treatment system for producing 2,000 tons of M resin per year. Construction has already begun, and it is expected to be completed and put into production by August 2015. 2. A total investment of 500 million yuan in the Heshan Park to build a new process for producing 20,000 tons of MBT annually, 20,000 tons of MBTS annually, 15,000 tons of CBS annually, 15,000 tons of TBBS annually, and 10,000 tons of insoluble sulfur annually, along with a supporting project for comprehensive utilization of 3,000 tons of resin per year. The construction period for all projects is expected to be 3-5 years. Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical Products Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, production, and sales of rubber additives. Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical Products Co., Ltd. participates in several international exhibitions related to the rubber industry every year. On October 8, 2013, the American Tire Technology Exhibition (organized by the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society) grandly opened at the Cleveland International Exposition Center! Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical Products Co., Ltd. attended this exhibition as an exhibitor! This exhibition was established in 1994 and is the first trade exhibition in the history of tires that encompasses all products and technologies in the tire industry. It is one of the more specialized exhibitions in the rubber industry, rubber machinery, and rubber additives, having a significant influence in these sectors. Each year, approximately ten thousand professional visitors attend the ITC, including well-known tire brands such as Bridgestone, Pirelli, Toyo, and Giti. From October 8 to October 10, the staff of Zhengzhou Shuangli Chemical Products Co., Ltd. communicated and negotiated with customers and distributors attending the exhibition, further enhancing the company's competitiveness and visibility in the industry.
